    Between the giant artichoke and garlic world I can just here what Bill Brysons words would sound like if he was to drive along this road.

    I can't quite convince myself these are worth trying. Heidi has been selling to concept to me that they are like crab or lobster when dipped in butter...Yeah, sure they are....

    I'm with Mar on this one. I don't care for artichoke leaves at all, but deep fried artichoke hearts are to die for. Have a little ranch dressing handy, as a dipping sauce.
