Smith’s Dairy in Buhl, Idaho serves potato ice cream - just like vanilla ice cream but with a very weird after taste (click here for more info)

    I worked for Ormond "Smitty" Smith and his father from Nov 1976-Dec 1977. PIcked up raw milk in the wee hours, processed it, bottled it, and then delivered it door-to-door. Great family, great products, great town! Steven Kohagen
