In 2008 I lost my job. I then bought an RV and went on a three year road trip that took me to all of the lower 48 states, to 5 provinces in Canada, and I spent 3 months in the winter in Mexico. I then returned home for my 50th birthday in June 2011. This blog is a record of this amazing road adventure and I hope you enjoy every mile of my trip. Mar, We are planning on visiting Canyonlands and Arches next year in our motorhome. We will be driving north on US-191 out of Arizona. What are the grades on 191 like? Did you have any problems? Thanks, Mark
Don't forget Arches National Park and take the Fiery Furnace trip.
ReplyDeleteYour pictures are great.

Mark,
ReplyDeleteNope, no problems, no bad grades at all, at least not in the section I drove. You'll love the parks!
Dick & Jackie,
ReplyDeleteI went to Arches the day before. Check out yesterday's blog.
Excellent Pictures as always! Canyonlands is such a beautiful area.
ReplyDeleteThe road up to Mesa Verde was a pretty steep and curvy one for quite a while if I remember right. I did that one in the old Toyota C.
