In 2008 I lost my job. I then bought an RV and went on a three year road trip that took me to all of the lower 48 states, to 5 provinces in Canada, and I spent 3 months in the winter in Mexico. I then returned home for my 50th birthday in June 2011. This blog is a record of this amazing road adventure and I hope you enjoy every mile of my trip. And only a short hop and you are at 8300 feet in the beautiful little mountain town of Cloudcroft.then a beautiful drive across the mescalero Indian reservation on State 244 to Ruidoso and then state 37 to Capitan, where the original Smokey Bear came from and it buried at the Museum then 380 over to more Billy the kid county at Lincoln then Alien city, Roswell. Girl you just gotta see it all. that home country to me.
Rojo, there is soooooo much to see and do here !!!! I have to save some for the next time I'm in NM. I'll be back in October for Balloon Fiesta, and then I'll head south and do some of the stuff I didn't get to do this time.
