In 2008 I lost my job. I then bought an RV and went on a three year road trip that took me to all of the lower 48 states, to 5 provinces in Canada, and I spent 3 months in the winter in Mexico. I then returned home for my 50th birthday in June 2011. This blog is a record of this amazing road adventure and I hope you enjoy every mile of my trip. Beautiful pics Mar! You know, I would be so tempted to spit on the sidewalk in front of that sign!

You're welcome, and nope, no gold for me :-)
ReplyDeleteI love the pics of the cactus!
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing!
Mar, did you see any signs re: altitude here? I was glad to see Oatman was only 2700 feet; I can go there.
ReplyDeleteLooks like a fun place to visit.
ReplyDeleteMike, if you do, you'll have to take a pic and blog about it, for those of us who won't be there to watch!
ReplyDeleteThe cactus (cacti?) here are amazing, so full and huge! And of course, they're everywhere you look.
ReplyDeleteNo, I didn't see any signs and I meant to check the altitude on my GPS and then forgot. I don't think it's as high as Oatman tho.
ReplyDeleteBeutiful pics. Thanks for sharing Mar
